I have been to so many leadership conferences - whether that be for middle school "Smart Girls", high school "Student 2 Student", or the MANY band leadership conferences I went to. But that was only youngin' Sydney, I have been to many a professional development and college club presentation that talk all the talk about leadership and group bonding. I have given them too! The meetings where I feel like I learned and got to apply my new learned skills was practicing it then and there. My practice method is through MUSIC! 

Group Bonding - Playing musical instruments together, creating a picture based off of music all together, creating a dance number together, group puzzles together, singing and dancing together (there's a theme, isn't there?)

Leadership - Little bit of talk, lots of leading - Learn, See, Do - We talk about different philosophies, PSP, and a WHOLE lot of being willing to make a fool of yourself
